A now prominent Pakistani Taliban leader tells AfPax Insider he lived illegally in the US for more than four years before returning to Pakistan and becoming a key player in the Pakistani Taliban movement.

He called Boston home from 1996 until 2000 after coming to the US on a short-term visitor's visa.
